Can I buy a filter without the replacement?
No. Filters are not sold separately. They are paid on site together with the replacement.
Does the online payment include filters?
No. Online payment can cover only labour and travel, and only after the set, price, zone and route are confirmed.
Is a found model already certain?
Catalog rows are candidates. Compatibility stays unconfirmed until a specialist checks it. An unconfirmed set cannot be paid.
Is the selected time a booking?
No. It is a preferred time. A specialist confirms the visit separately. Payment is not taken for an unconfirmed visit.
