Order terms

The service is on-site filter replacement, maintenance or diagnostics. A filter set is not sold as a separate product and is not paid online.

Online payment can cover only labour and travel, and only after compatibility, the sale price, the zone, the route, the tariff and the visit rule are confirmed on the server. The tariff is unconfirmed now, so payment stays blocked until the owner opens it.

Catalog rows are candidates unless the page says compatibility is confirmed. An unconfirmed price is not replaced with zero.

The selected time is a preference unless the environment is switched to confirmed slots. A weekend or public holiday doubles labour only.

The proposed tariff includes 12 km one way, then 1.20 € per extra kilometre. A missing route is not treated as free travel.
